College Principal
The College Principal is appointed by the Board of Management and has overall responsibility for leading the implementation of the strategic direction of the College and management of the College. The College Principal is supported by the College Executive to provide excellent academic, pastoral and co-curricular education through the provision of a caring, stimulating Jewish environment.

Ryan Gill
Head of Senior School
The Head of Senior is responsible for leading Senior School Staff to provide excellent academic, pastoral and co-curricular education. In doing so, he has specific responsibilities for the Senior School to ensure the Jewish ethos of the College and its strategic objectives are achieved.

Danielle Blumberg
Head of Junior School
The Head of Junior School is responsible for leading Junior School Staff to provide excellent academic, pastoral and co-curricular education. In doing so, she has specific responsibilities for the Junior School to ensure the Jewish ethos of the College and its strategic objectives are achieved.

Heidi Muller
Business Administrator
The Head of Business Administration is responsible for the financial and administrative affairs of the College, and the management of Support Staff employed by the College.

Esty Christodoulou
Human Resources Manager
The Human Resources Manager leads and oversees all staffing matters including appointments, Industrial Relations and staff welfare at the College.

Rabbi Paul Lewin
College Rabbi
The Campus Rabbi is responsible for the Spiritual and Religious life of the College community. The Campus Rabbi is fundamental in supporting and educating staff, students and families on the Jewish ethos and requirements of the College.

Head of Academic Care – Junior School
Acting Head of Learning and Teaching Year ELC to Year 6
The Head of Academic Care in the Junior School supports the College Principal and Head of Junior School to provide support for the wellbeing of all ELC – Year 6 school students. In doing so, he ensures that the specific social-emotional and academic needs of all students are nurtured through Stephen Covey’s Leader in Me and using URSTRONG to develop healthy relationships.

The Head of Enrolments is responsible for the recruitment and transition of students across the College, and the management of her administrative team.

Jen Grace
Head of Learning and Teaching Years 7 to 12
The Head of Learning and Teaching in the Senior School supports the College Principal and Head of Senior to provide excellent academic education for students and leads professional learning through our ‘Cultures of Thinking’ philosophy. In doing so, she has specific responsibility for the implementation and management of the New South Wales curriculum in the senior school, as well as teacher accreditation.

Carla Gagliano
Head of Learning and Teaching ELC to Year 6
The Head of Learning and Teaching in the Junior School supports the College Principal and Head of Junior School to provide excellent academic education. In doing so, she has specific responsibility for the professional learning, particularly with a focus on our ‘Cultures of Thinking’ philosophy, along with the implementation and management of the New South Wales Curriculum from Kindergarten to Year 6.

Head of Academic Care Years 7 to 12
TAS Department
The Head of Academic Care in the Senior School supports the College Principal and Head of Senior School to provide excellent pastoral education. In doing so, she has specific responsibility for the wellbeing of all senior school students and in overseeing the Patrons across Years 7-12.

ELC Co-ordinator
The Coordinator in the Early Learning Centre is responsible for leading Masada Cottage to provide excellent academic and pastoral education for students and staff. In doing so, she has specific administrative responsibilities for Masada Cottage to ensure the Jewish ethos of the College and its strategic objectives are achieved.

Glynnis De Klerk
Educational Leader
The Educational Leader in the Early Learning Centre is responsible for leading curriculum across Masada Cottage, with a particular focus on elements to the Reggio Emilia Philosophy. In doing so, she has specific responsibilities for Masada Cottage to ensure the Jewish ethos of the College and its strategic objectives are achieved.
