Save the Date! Big Day in IT@ UTS – 20 March 2018
BiG Day In IT is a Careers Conference for students interested in IT – Speakers incl. Animal Logic, IBM, Technology 1, Microsoft, WiseTech Global, Westpac, Adobe & more talking about their careers & the future of technology. Exhibitors including Westpac, Microsoft, IBM, CSIRO, WiseTech Global, ACS, Adobe will also be present. Westpac Young Technologists Scholarship – applications close February 2018
For Year 12 students planning to study IT, the Westpac Young Technologists Scholarship supports undergraduates who are keen to become the tech innovators of the future. Up to 40 scholarships are available annually, valued up to $25,000 over five years, across 11 participating Australian universities. REMINDER! UNSW January programs for gifted students at GERRIC – 16 – 18 January
GERRIC offers a range of programs for gifted and talented students in Years 3 - 10 (generally students who are capable of performing in the top 10% of their age-peers). Save the date! Engineers Australia – Discover Engineering Day April 2018

AIT – Mobile VR and Game Design 18 – 19 December

Three day event open to students entering years 9 and 10 with a passion for science, technology, engineering and maths.  Students can participate in hands-on experiments, lectures, and activities that are both challenging and exciting.
