Welcome to an exciting, dynamic and informative Counselling Website. The aim of this is to inform you and provide you with practical strategies and understanding to meet the changing and at times challenging needs of your child. At Masada College significant resources have been and continue to be dedicated to developing and providing the latest technology, assessment and diagnostic equipment to understand how your student learns, in what ways they may struggle with their learning and effective strategies to support the student and facilitate more effective learning. As the Clinical Psychologist and Head of Learning Support, I work with a professional team that provides support both individually and within the context of the classroom. This Counseling Website is an integral part of the philosophy of both myself and my team which recognises the contribution of you the parent and the importance of providing you with relevant and appropriate resources as your child journeys through Masada College. My Department recognises the importance of meeting the needs of all students from those with learning issues to the High Ability or Gifted. We believe in helping students not only to be academically prepared but to be ready for life in the fullest sense of the word. You, the parents are an important part of our team.
